Is There an Error with Your Order?

If there is an error on your order, please contact Heather Candles within 5 days of receipt. Retain original packaging.

You must contact our studio to arrange for return.

If your shipment was damaged during shipping, please retain original packaging and contact the carrier immediately. They will want to see the damage. Then call Heather Candles to make arrangements for return.

No returns will be accepted without our written authorization.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within one business day or you will receive the product you ordered in the normal timeframe.

To cancel your order, email heathercandlesmt@gmail.com  or alert us to the change on the website https://www.heathercandles.com/contact-us/, and we will pull your order out of production. 

If it is a custom order, and not cancelled in the timeframe above, it will not be refunded, as it cannot be re sold. 

Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are based upon the weight of the shipment and are shipped via UPS or USPS ground . All of our orders are 'made to order' - we do not maintain back stock, so please leave 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

If you want a rush delivery you may arrange to have your items shipped by an expedited method. Please call our studio to make arrangements.

UPS ground service generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

For small orders (up to 3 candles) we ship via USPS. Please supply your mailing address unless you prefer UPS. Shipments of more than 3 candles will be shipped UPS – please supply a physical address for UPS.
